Component Level Repair We offer component level repair on terminals, monitors, printers, and other computing system equipment. Our $85 repair price guarantee provides you an estimate of the cost of the repair, and if you choose to have the repair done, will apply to the cost of the repair. Though smaller duty cycle ink jet printers have come down dramatically in price over the past few years, quality dot matrix printers are still in demand and are still quite expensive. We can repair most dot matrix printers and ink jets as well when a repair would be more cost effective than a new purchase. We are an authorized Okidata service center, and can accomodate your Okidata warranty repair needs. We also offer flat rate repairs for terminals and monitors. Our current flat rate repair schedule is as follows:
