Service and Support Agreements
The

agreements on hardware systems, both those installed by us and by others,
and can add operating system support to most of those agreements. Our
experienced technicians have been trained in both hardware,application
software, and operating systems, so they can offer rapid diagnosis and
repair of system problems.
Each Service and
Support Agreement (SASA), formerly "Maintenance Contract,"
is custom designed to the needs of the client:
- Standard Contracts
- 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., M-F
- Extended Contracts
- 8 to 24 hours, 5 to 7 days
- Hardware (all
or selected system components)
- Operating Systems
(servers and/or workstations)
- Application Software
(some titles)
- 1 year term,
30 day cancellation notice
- Flexible payments

potential loss whenever your system is impaired, so our goal is to prevent
system failures. Therefore, each SASA includes an annual preventive
maintenance service (at no extra charge), which can help prevent failures.
